A: Yes. It is GFCF approved

A: Ingredients: Rice flour, maize starch, pea flour, vegetable derived stabilizers & cellulose: methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum. Emulsifier: vegetable derived mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.Gluten free, soy free, dairy free, egg free, yeast free, vegan, wheat free

**Q: Would this help lighten up nut meal recipes at all? What is the carb amount per serving, please. Thanks!**
A: I have not used it with nut flours. It makes the best GF bread ever! Replace one fifth of flour with Orgran. Serving is 0.3 oz or 10 gram. Total carbs 6gm, fiber 2gm of the 6gm. One box: freight is about the same as price from UK. Eight pack gets free freight. One box makes about three loaves. You will think that you are eating REAL bread!
