Right off the bat, there are a number of MAJOR issues:(1) the device runs hot. It feels like it could overheat and melt/combust at any moment(2) The USB-C double input does NOT plug into my computer all the way, as the input thingies are too long to fit. I attached a picture here comparing a normal sized USB-C plug to what is on the device.(3) The standard USB does not work at all.
