I have one now in each vehicle, and another that stays on the homestead. Here is what I put into mine, and there is still some room to spare: - Tourniquet & marker - 2x Israeli bandages - 2x quick clot - 2x chest seals - 2x compressed bandages - 2x adhesive rolls - little pack of band aids + Neosporin - liquid antiseptic (3 oz. bottle) - trauma shears, 7.5"
