Can you get infra red benefits with out heat?

Hi! Yes, the inner gemstones still emit FIR using your own body heat.

Is it okay to sleep 8 hrs nightly on the mat on level 2 with negative ion, in addition to a 30-60 min session on 7 with either neg ion or photon?

Hello. It's totally fine to use your mat for sleeping in addition to other sessions. In general, you should choose a comfortable temperature for you. The sessions should be pleasant and never cause any discomfort. We recommend level 1-2 or maybe 3 in winter but within your body’s comfort zone 86-113°F (30-45°C). Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help you. Thank you for your question, and have a great day. Kind regards, Andrey

The description notes "add the mat into the cart together with a pillow, and get the pillow free"! how do i claim the free pillow? not showing as free

Hello, please send us a direct message, and we can send the pillow separately. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help you. Thank you for your question, and have an amazing day. Kind regards, Andrey

I ordered the grey mat: what is so great about the red lights? Will consider full size purple later.

Hello. Red Light Phototherapy is widely used for its ability to rejuvenate the look of skin. A combination of the visible Red Light with the deeper penetrative InfraRed Crystal rays may be helpful. Thank you for your order!

Great addition to my wellness routine

Based on research online and comparing Ereada vs competitors I feel I made the best choice for myself. I have a daybed set up to relax and watch TV. So I am fortunate to have a place off the floor to have the mat set up and "at the ready". I use it at least every other day since my purchase. It's great for after going to the gym or at the end of day to relax. There are pros and cons to each brand. They all seem to have good reviews. Some are just so expensive I knocked them off my list. Others do a lot of marketing on social media but to me seemed more hype than value for the money. Some companies use 2 or 3 different types of crystals and some use PEMF vs Eereada which uses ION and Infrared, and magnets (which have the same affect as PEMF which attunes your body's magnetic field). I felt Ereada Amethyst Professional Mat was the best option based on made in Korea, more amethysts than competitors, the cost and more bang for my buck. It is a quality product. Just enjoy using it!

Awesome Customer Service

This mat is extremely therapeutic and helps me with so many pains that occur to my body, from workout soreness to the occasional hip or back pain. I am really happy I went for it and mad ethos purchase. Most recently my photon lights stop working and I contacted customer service which immediately went to working on my issues. After the necessary trouble shooting I am being sent a new mat! They respond to emails quickly and always pick up the phone when I called. This company is top notch! A++

Unlike anything I have ever felt.

I was told about this mat from a wide range of people. Finally, I took the plunge. It is still in a lot of ways indescribable. I have just been using it for a few weeks now, but felt immediately different after the first night of use. I have neck and back issues and this instantly started to make things change for the better after about 30'. Anxiety and stresses melt away quickly. In this mess of a world, that is priceless right now. There is simply no comparison to normal heating pads; even jade and other pads alike. The therapy is deep. I would highly recommend this for anyone. The company has been in close communication with me as well to ensure I am 100% satisfied with everything. Great service! No complaints.
