Are these also ok for jogging in icy/snowy conditions

I'd guess they wouldn't stay in place or fit tightly enough on jogging shoes as the trainer material would be too flexible, but I've never tried. Otherwise just walking in shoes or boots they work excellently.

Hi, my ice grips arrived without the spare studs, how do I get these?

Contact the seller or Amazon if you don't get the help you need?

Will the studs be romoved and replaced?

Yes, it can be removed and if you missed some studs , you can install it by yourself
