Does this have all the levels from the original pac man game ?

There are 3 games included with this product, I am unaware of the original levels with the original game. Hope that helps.

Can this connect to a tv?

No, this device cannot connect to a tv. The only output is a 3.5mm headphones jack.

Does this take 4 aa or 4 aaa batteries - both are listed for the item!

Good catch! I never noticed that. The ones we sell take 4 AAA batteries.
