With this product, you HAVE to use a clean dry cloth (or paper toweling) and completely rub the product off after you've finished removing the dirt and grease. And, it's important not to use too much...I just use a few drops on my cooktop...otherwise it does take much longer to get all the residue off and leave it spotless. The stainless steel cleaner can also be purchased with a special scrub pad. I'm going to buy a bottle myself for my oven door and refrigerator! **Q: Descrip says yes..does this kit come with gripper tool or not** A: No and its old product **Q: I scuffed my ceramic cooktop any good suggestions as to what can remove it** A: Depending on what is was scuffed with. **Q: What are ingredients?** A: It really does not specify.
