Review: Great screen - Absolutely happy with this purchase. I stalled this in our bedroom because my wife wanted to hang photos in the wall I had my old tv on. The frame is not as sturdy as I would hope it would, but once it’s installed it does not move. The retractable system works great. The chemical smell a lot of people are reporting is a bit strong but it goes away relatively quickly. The screen does make the quality of the image much better and it feels immersive. The installation is fairly simple, you can mount it against the wall of from the ceiling (comes with 2 expansion anchor bolts). On a side note, customer service is excellent. I initially purchased the 80” but figured it was too small and wanted purchased the 100” instead. I called them to sort out the shipping fees and they provided a return label without hesitation.

For some reason I expected it to be bigger/longer, but it's exactly at described. I saw a lot of negative feedback on the product being damaged and a bad odor. Mine came packaged extremely well. Very sturdy rectangle box and very well packaged. I would have a hard time envisioning the product being damaged without blatant damaged during delivery. I did notice an odor when I first opened it, but it seemed to go away quickly. I have it outdoors so maybe it had a better chance to air out, but I almost immediately went away. And I almost found the smell pleasant unlike some factory smells. I'll be interested to see how it holds up over time, but my initial impressions are strong. No noticable wrinkles, and it opens and closes as I would expect. Very pleased. Assuming it holds up for a while I would definitely consider it a good value.
