is charger included ?

Single Batteries are not usually sold with a charger, chargers are usually included when you buy the tool but can be bought seperately

Can i charge this battery on the 18v charger

No you have to get a charger for that style battery

Works with ml-dc 502b ?

Take the tool you want it to fit to the big box store with you. If the battery will not slide easily into the tool iit is because it won't work! I do mean if it does.t fit or does not slide easily, find another battery that will.
