I use level 3 most days but on easier pain days i used it in 2 and that’s not a bad heat level either.I have used Beurer heat pads for years but bought my first cushion over 2 years ago, it worked everyday during that 2 year 2 month period and when it stopped working I just bought another one the same moment as I use it that much.I find the cushion comfortable and it didn’t loose it shape all that much till late in its life and was in pretty great shape to the end really just didn’t turn on one day so new one ordered and received.
