I'm vertically challenged and it does go from my neck all the way to almost my thighs. I was thrilled when I found this, it is amazing. The only thing I don't like is the heating sensation. The low is very low, almost no heat at all. The medium and high are so hot you have to keep turning it off to cool down. There seems to be no difference in temperature between the high and medium. I have not checked the temp differences between the two.
