I won’t buy them again **Q: It contains Dextrose . How many grams of carbs per tablet?** A: The tabs are so tiny. The amount of carbs are so tiny. Not really worth it, time is more valuable. **Q: Is this Vegan?** A: There is a reason why Vegans are generally deficient in B12. It comes mostly from animal sources. Finding plant sources in high enough concentration is very difficult. However, if you check online and look for vegan sources of B12, I'm sure you'll find it. Will probably be much more expensive. Hope you find it. **Q: How much sugar are in these?** A: No color added, sugar free ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best B12... highly highly recommend...!!! *by M***E on September 29, 2026* I live in the Pacific Northwest and have chronically low B12, normal range is 180-914, my lowest being 82 but more recently 180.
