They do have "In your KIT" which we get after delivery. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great beginners kit *by B***A on 13 July 2023* Good product, as a beginner would have preferred to have jar included option . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Fermentation Kit has everything you need to get started in the wonderful world of fermentation *by J***E on 26 September 2020* During this boring time of Corona Virus Lockdown I started out on this journey of fermentation by learning how to make Sourdough Bread and during my reading on how to do this I happened to stumble upon some of the good health reasons to ferment vegetables. I will ferment lemons, I said, because I had lemons so with unbridled zeal I cut up 6 lemons and stuffed them into a glass jar in went a 2% salt solution and fill it to the brim with clean water then tightened that lid down so it won't come off. I watched it bubble and stew for a few days then it dawned on me that maybe I should release a little pressure. BIG mistake! I unscrewed the bulging lid, it flew off like a starship designed by Elon Musk. The jar erupted spewing a yellow lumpy foaming mass that would have shamed the erupting Krakatoa Volcano. Now that may have been a little bit of an exaggeration but the kitchen did have a nice lemony smell and It was glaringly obvious I needed a better system of doing fermentation thing. After the wall and ceiling washing it was more reading on the subject and then back to Amazon. I found many fermenting items but would this go with that or would a stopper fit on the jars I had and will the air locks work on wide mouth jars and have I forgotten thing I needed? It was becoming a problem gathering it all together so I did a search for a Fermentation Kit and Bingo! This looked like what I was looking for and all in one neat kit. The Kit arrived in good time and contained everything exactly as indicated all packet in sculptured foam to hold the various parts. I had gathered some cabbages and radish and beets and apples and beans and peppers and even more lemons. The wood Pickle Packer Tamper worked wonders on the cabbages turning it into a watery stew for sauerkraut, the Pickle Glass Weights held the vegetables under the liquid, the Pickle Pipe Airlock Tops fit perfect, and the kit also included a Recipe Book. I was launched into the fermentation world and there is no turning back now. I highly recomend this Fermentation Kit.
