Would this be an option over clay bar use for paint?

It will remove lots of residu and water spots from your paint, but I would not replace claying with this product. I use this product to remove water spots only. I use Chemical guys wash/clay mitt to smooth out, and really clean my BMW's paint.

Will this work for a headstone at cemetery?

I would say not. Headstones I use Wet and Forget with great success. No Scrubbing! Simply spray on and forget it. Works over time. Safe to use.

Can I can I use this with a high-speed buffer?

I used this with an orbital buffer on 34 year old paint and it did take the old water stains off but I think it was rough on the old paint. As you know, the dangers of high speed buffer is swirls in the paint so this might be too aggressive.

Will this remove water spots from textured ABS plastic?

I use Chemical Guys Heavy Duty Spot remover on my ABS plastic car grill. It's a gel like substance that I put on a microfiber applicator and work it into the water spots. Takes it right off. I remove excess with a MF towel and then neutralize with a quick detail spray.
