Magic Gel Ankle Ice Pack Wrap for Swelling, Reusable Ice Packs for Ankle Injuries, Flexible Hot & Cold Packs, Foot Ice Pack Wrap Ice Socks for Sprained Ankle, Achilles Tendonitis & Fasciitis Relief

This is perfect. Stays cold a long time, and is sturdy. Fits the ankle just right and doesn't go anywhere if I walk a little in it. So much better than aflat ice pack and better than trying to tie it around with a strap. Reasonable price, came right away, I am getting better or I would get another one.

I purchased this gel ice ankle wrap after dealing with soreness and mild swelling from a recent strain, and it has been very helpful for recovery. The wrap is easy to secure around the ankle and stays in place fairly well, even when moving slightly around the house. The gel packs cool quickly in the freezer and provide a consistent cold sensation that helps reduce discomfort and inflammation. I like that it conforms around the ankle area rather than just applying cold to one spot, which makes the relief feel more even and effective. The material is soft against the skin and doesn’t feel overly stiff when frozen. It’s also reusable, which makes it more convenient than constantly switching out ice packs. After repeated use, it has held up well without leaking or losing effectiveness. One thing to note is that it can feel quite firm right out of the freezer, so allowing it to sit for a minute or two before applying may improve comfort. Also, it works best when used while resting rather than during active movement. Overall, this gel ice ankle wrap is a practical and effective recovery tool. It provides good cold therapy coverage, is easy to use, and is especially useful for managing ankle pain, swelling, or minor injuries at home.

I wish it were a little larger, but it helped take my swelling down.

So soothing for ankle injuries! Most one size items are too big, but these adjust well to fit smaller sizes. Beyond satisfied.

Very narrow har to get on.

This was great after I got injured. The comfort and cooling was great

Excellent ! Easy to use and adjustable it gets really cold I sprained my ankle and this has been a Gods send to help with the recovery. & also the price you can’t beat it ! I hate to use ice it’s messy and it melts this makes it easy to be consistent and committed to your recovery.

So perfect. Wish I ordered it earlier in my ankle recovery.

Excellent produit !

Love it. Ive bought ones while in Canada 🇨🇦and ordered the same ones while in the USA🇺🇸 and both are the same, and work great. I wouls consider getting 2 in order to rotate through them to keep things iced if possible. I have thick calves and I was very happy with how well they fit. The wrap coversnyour foot, ankle, and just past. Perfect for ankle rolls or fractures. I also got use out of them for POTS flares.
