If a part of the item is damaged can you just get that part replaced rather than sending the whole item back

No the door broke and I had a whole replacement sent out

Does the plastic feel cheap?

Yes the plastic is of good quality, however....The dinosaur and the jeep are very sturdy but the volcano isn't the best, it's not very stable and the hinge on the plastic wooden door broke after 20 mins and the "mouth" cave doesn't open very far to actually get a dinosaur inside. My 4 year old didn't play with it for long.

Does this Toy truck come with a T. rex? Or are the pictures misleading me to think that

Hi Helen. This playset includes the T-Rex and truck for some prehistoric fun. Thank you
