What is the time between changes in colour. Thinking of using it as backlight for band, but want colours to change slowly and automatically

There are two lighting modes(Flash and Smooth). You can choose smooth mode.

Can it be set to one colour? Or will it keep changing colour?

Can this be used for plant grow?

It’s basic rgbw I expect they will grow but the UV element might be lacking
