**Q: I understand these brushes are for oil for are they stiff**
A: No, they are nylon hair. So it is not stiff.

**Q: Are you able to clean the brushes?**
A: Yes soap and water will clean them if you are using watercolors or acrylic paint.  Oil paints could not be cleaned with soap and water

**Q: Why does the description say natural hog hair but in the specs and elsewhere if says synthetic/nylon?**
A: Mine came with natural bristles

**Q: How long are the brushes?**
A: The length of brushes are from 6.3 inch to 7.3 inch.
