I sure did not ask for an invitation, nor was I expecting one. All the ladies at work talked about their "hot flashes" and I was just like "oh no, not me, I don't get those". In my mind I was thinking, menopause has passed me by, how lucky am I? Well who was I fooling? Let me tell you, that beast reared its ugly head about 3 months ago, really bad. No warm up, no just "here and there". It was like my internal thermometer just " broke" one day. All of a sudden I started getting them 20 to 25 times a day, AND at least half as much during the night.
