Per essere inserita nel case di un PC classico, ci sono alcune questioni importanti da risolvere: - avere un alimentatore sufficientemente potente, dovrete conteggiare almeno 300 W in più di consumo solo per la P100 - avere a disposizione sull'alimentatore più prese libere per portare 250W alla scheda (50W li prende dalla connessione PCI-E) - raffreddamento: non ha la ventola sulla scheda, quindi bisogna fornire il raffreddamento tramite adattatori - alimentazione: ha un attacco a 8-pin, ma non sono gli 8-pin standard delle schede grafiche GPU. Quindi i classici cavi di alimentazione non si inseriscono (fatto apposta per utenti "consapevoli") Questo cavo risolve perfettamente l'ultimo punto: - il terminale del connettore è corretto per la P100 - dà a disposizione due prese per attaccare due cavi di alimentazione a 8-pin standard.
