Two proprietary Trichoderma strains latch onto roots, building symbiotic relationships with the roots. Next, these beneficial fungi boost the growth of lateral roots and root hairs and help plants uptake fixed nutrients in soil. When interacting with plant roots, Trichoderma in Mikro-Root solubilize various insoluble trace elements (e.g. Zn, Cu, Mn, Mg, Fe) including a key nutrient- Phosphate. Each pouch is only produced in small batches to ensure that our products are always freshly produced with fresh ingredients. Our products are scientifically and expertly formulated, produced, and packaged to ensure perpetual freshness and do not require an expiration date. All in all, Mikro-Root promotes robust plant growth not through a single mechanism, but through a holistic approach. This is not trichoderma. I have cultured it out on agar several times and only dactylium was present. This is a scam product. **Q: Does this help prevent "damping off" of seedlings?** A: its helps. Also bacilium subtilis helps a lot! **Q: What application rates would you use for home lawns to help cure or prevent dollar spot fungus?** A: Do not buy. **Q: Why don't I see any fungus growing on my agar plates when I inoculate a sample from this package on it and incubate it ?** A: In order to properly grow fungi on your agar plates, more information about your lab setting is needed. It might be that something you're doing in the process is off. It may be helpful to check your experimentation process: E.g. Are you hydrating the sample in liquid prior, how much powder are you using per amount of liquid? What type of agar are you using? Pour plate or spread plate? What is your incubator temperature? How long is your incubation time? Properly growing fungi on agar plates requires some meticulous planning and expertise. With proper guidance and lab settings, getting some fungal colonies to grow on your plate should not be difficult. ## Frequently Bought Together - Mikro-Root, Trichoderma Fungi for Healthier Root Management.
