What size for a 5 month old jackrusell

I would say xs (I got a small for my fully grown adult crossbreed which is the size of a shih tzu/lhasa apso if that helps)

My dog runs around a lot in the mud.this product sounds great to keep her clean but will she over heat? also could it be washed and dried overnight?

What breed/coat type? If you suspect that she will get warm then she probably will, although for dogs, overheating may begin with panting as they do not sweat and cooling the blood across the surface of the tongue is their only means of reducing core temperature. You won't know unless you try......

what size would i need for a chihuahua

I bought a small size for my patterdale terrier, which fits him snugly. I would agree with the other respondents who suggest an X Small for our chihuahua. My dog loves his fleecy sweater!

Our two Yorkies LOVE these 🐶 🐶

These coats are perfect for our two Yorkies particularly Lily the smaller one as she hates going out in the cold even for a quick ‘pee’. She would just stand and shiver until these were recommended by a friend.

Great little jumper.

Good thickness. Is a tad tight to get on but it does go on and my dog is so good at letting me do it. Is a great size on my dog. Not too tight and not too loose. Now she just needs to get used to wearing it. She is a small dog and gets cold very easily. She loves being nice and warm. So this is perfect for her. Very happy.
