The above is not correct! A 3/8" Low-Profile is the same as a 3/8" Picco and requires a 5/32" (4mm) file, NOT the 13/64" (5.2mm) file this one comes with. Instead, order the Stihl 2 in 1 Easy Sharpener 3/8 P.

What is the difference between the 3/8" and the 3.8" Picco. Not even Stihl has an application guide.

How do you rotate the round file to expose different file teeth? I can rotate one side but not the other.
