Review: Great Pool Workout - I've been researching pool exercise equipment since my wife & I are getting older and have limited range of motion due to arthritis. I've been a weight lifter all my life, so it was hard to finally admit I couldn't lift the heavy weights anymore. I was skeptical that this would give a good workout. Let me tell you, I couldn't move my shoulders and arms for 2 days afterwards. WHAT A WORKOUT! If you have access to a pool and want a strenuous workout without the damage to your joints, YOU NEED THIS SET! Even my wife loves them. A little on the pricey side but well worth the $.
Review: Good but not complete - Barbell is useless - one end obviously defective. The other pieces are great - challenging and easy to use. All exercises really engage your core. However, for the price I would expect a set without defects. I really wanted the barbell most of all and now I can't use it. I contacted the seller but haven't heard back so I may have to return the whole thing I only have a week left to do so. Update: seller got back to me and sent the correct piece priority shipping. Great product and provides a decent overall workout . It is expensive, but built to last

- HIGH RESISTANCE ULTIMATE BUNDLE | Combines the Aqualogix High Resistance Total Body System (Blue Bell/Fins) along with the Aquastrength Blue Barbell 3FT. A complete pool exercise equipment bundle.
- AQUA BELLS (1 set) | Blue High Resistance Bells are ideal for moderate to slower tempo movements. Also used by powerful athletes throughout their range of motion. - AQUA BARBELL (3FT BAR) | Excellent for upper body, core and rotary stability aquatic workouts. The Barbell is considered a medium level of resistance. Resistance is increased with rotational movements or single arm work.
- VERSITILE | Strength and power drag resistance pool training for individuals, group or hydrotherapy. These water weights are perfect for any pool fitness routine, beginner to elite athlete. The ideal Water Weights for Aquatic Exercise Equipment.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I'm still unsure which resistance is best for me.**
A: Resistance is relative to the size of the piece and the speed at which they are moved through the water. The medium resistance is considered an "all-purpose" size and works well for most users. Stronger individuals should opt for the High Resistance.

**Q: I move at slow speeds but want to still have good resistance.**
A: The High Resistance Bells will provide the most resistance of the range at any given speed. They are commonly recommended for those that want the highest resistance at any given tempo.

**Q: I saw you also sell Aquastrength Bells/Fins. How do they compare to these?**
A: Aquastrength Bells are only available in one resistance level which most closely compares to the Medium Resistance Bells. The Aquastrength Fins have a dual strap system for secure fitment that is easier for those with dexterity limitations.

**Q: I'm still not sure between the Medium and High Resistance Bells.**
A: Most users will be better suited to the Medium Resistance, especially if you like to work at high tempo (HIIT style). Many customers actually have a set of both as it is easy to switch bells for different exercises or style needs.

**Q: Do you have programs with this exercise equipment for pools?**
A: All our equipment includes quick start guides in the box to get you started. We also direct you to free training resources and programs available for download online.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Pool Workout

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but not complete

Barbell is useless - one end obviously defective. The other pieces are great - challenging and easy to use. All exercises really engage your core. However, for the price I would expect a set without defects. I really wanted the barbell most of all and now I can't use it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not a fan of the aqualogix fins but love the other two items. Recommend building your own bundle.
*by D***S on September 18, 2020*

I own the blue max resistance aqualogix fins and bells. I also own the aquastrength barbell, dummbells and fins. In terms of fins the aquastrength fins are definitely superior to the aqualogix ones, I'd recommend buying those (and not the ones in this pack). I do think the aqualogix bells are superior and have more uniform resistance for things like punching type moves. Both pale however to the aquastrength dumbbells as those offer most resistance of any product on the market. Anyways, personally, I would recommend going to the hydro evolution website and building your own bundle with aqualogix bells and aquastrength fins to get the best of both worlds. The barbell is also fun. I mostly swing it baseball style which gives a good core workour. If you can spring for it get the aquastrength dumbbells as they are excellent (though expensive). In fact I probably use the aquastrength dumbbells and fins the most. Followed by the aqualogix bells. I am very dissapointed in the aqualogix fins hence the missing star.
