Our grommet tools provide an economical solution for repairing or completing new DIY projects. Each easy-to-use set includes a hardened steel hole cutter, a matched mandrel/anvil pair, a hardwood backer block, and punch heads, as well as 3/8" and 1/2" grommets. The solid brass construction is far more durable than brass plating. Our hardware product provides any craft maker with the gear they need to use on various materials. This grommet tool kit works seamlessly on heavy vinyl shower curtains, outdoor patio or tent covers, and thick belt straps. At General Tools, we offer over 1,000 products to choose from. We’re proud to provide merchants, artisans, and DIYers worldwide with a broad range of affordable, specific-purpose mechanical hand tools and precision measuring and inspection gear. ## Features - PROFESSIONAL GROMMET KIT: Easy-to-use set includes a hole cutter, single hardwood backer block, double-sided anvil, 2 hole punches and punch heads, 6-1/2" and 6-3/8" brass grommets. Enjoy years of durability and performance with our rustproof gear. - CANVAS REPAIR KIT: These heavy-duty tools reinforce holes and prevent tearing materials, including canvas, leather, fabric, and vinyl. Instead of replacing your possessions, repair your tarp, flag, awning, and pool or boat covers. - TARP RINGS: The anvil and setting tool are coded with lines for each size grommet, allowing you to quickly choose which eyelets you need for your project. For added comfort and safety, the appliance features a knurled body. - EYELET SETTING TOOL: Choose your cloth, put the block under your item, and center the hole cutter where you're installing the grommet. Hammer to punch the hole and install. Place the eyelet on the mandrel, beat it evenly, and complete your project. - GENERAL TOOLS: We're a recognized leader in designing and developing specialized precision tools dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. We encourage artisans and DIYers to work smarter, measure better, and repair more productively. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01BH4FLCE | | Best Sellers Rank | #212,202 in Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Home Improvement ) #149 in Grommet Kits | | Brand | General Tools | | Colour | Assorted | | Compatible Groove Diameter | 0.38 Inches | | Country Of Origin | USA | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (3,003) | | Fastener Type | Grommet | | Finish Types | Brass | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00038728021908 | | Importer Contact Information | ATM RETAIL 1st Floor Beside P and T Building Lakdi Ka Pul Hyderabad Telangana 500004 | | Included Components | Anvil, Solid Brass Grommets (20), Hardened Mandrel, Hardwood Backer Block, Hole Cutter | | Item Diameter | 0.5 Inches | | Item Dimensions | 30 x 95 x 173 Millimeters | | Item Shape | Shape | | Item Type Name | Multi Grommet Tool Kit | | Item Weight | 0.1 Pounds | | Manufacturer | General Tools | | Material Type | Brass | | Model | GENERAL - 81264 | | Number Of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 10 | | Outside Diameter | 0.38 Inches | | Part Number | 81264 | | Screw Head Style | double-sided | | Set Name | Multi Grommet Tool Kit | | Size Name | Multi Grommet Kit, 3/8" and 1/2" | | UPC | 038728021908 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** General Tools - **Colour:** Assorted - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 30 x 95 x 173 Millimeters - **Material:** Brass - **Size:** Multi Grommet Kit, 3/8" and 1/2" ## Images ![General Tools 81264 Multi Grommet Tool Kit, 3/8" and 1/2" - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81HBl3lKgSL.jpg) ![General Tools 81264 Multi Grommet Tool Kit, 3/8" and 1/2" - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/511FSxIXw0L.jpg) ![General Tools 81264 Multi Grommet Tool Kit, 3/8" and 1/2" - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51iQAZ+MgFL.jpg) ![General Tools 81264 Multi Grommet Tool Kit, 3/8" and 1/2" - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51wgm1PVm0L.jpg) ![General Tools 81264 Multi Grommet Tool Kit, 3/8" and 1/2" - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41kiLpyXrrL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - General Tools 3/8"-1/2" Grommet Kit - Rustproof Solid Brass Grommets for Tarp Repair, Reinforcing Canvases, and Fabric Rings - General Tools 1261-4 1/2-Inch Grommet Refill, 24 Sets - General Tools 1261-2 Rustproof Solid Brass, 3/8-Inch 3/8" Grommet Refill, 24 Sets --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/224406288-general-tools-81264-multi-grommet-tool-kit-3-8-1](https://www.desertcart.no/products/224406288-general-tools-81264-multi-grommet-tool-kit-3-8-1) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
