## Description

According to Ayurveda Specialist at Dr. Vaidya's, Dr. Surya Bhagwati, "cooking in a clay pot not only has a variety of health benefits but also makes for an easier cooking process and in the end, a more flavorful and nutritious dish.
Electric clay pot requires little supervision during cooking time, just set it up and wait!
1.Press the "Menu" key 8 times, the indicator skips progressively to the "stew" function. On the screen displayed default time "01:00"
2.Press the "Preset\Timer" key, the "Timer" indicator flashes on and the default time is "01:00"
3.Adjust the time by pressing the "minute" key , which increases progressively by 5 minutes for each adjustment. To set 1.5 hour for cooking, you have to press 6 times
If neccessary, you can press the "Preset\Timer" key and then press the "Hour" "Minute" key to adjust the warming time to what you expected(Up to 24 hours).
After adjusting the time, the displayed numer and "." flash on for a few seconds, it starts to count down according to the adjusted time.

Great soup cooker

I have been looking for a claypot long time for making good soup and porridge. Got it just before Christmas. It is a great gift. I have used to cook porridge, stew pork leg, duck wings, sausage rice. It stewed the meat very tender. Taste good. It is a good brand name. Only problem is too easy to stick to the bottom. I followed the instruction, brushed some oil around the bottom before making claypot rice, but it still stick to the bottom. Hard to wash the pot. Another thing is it comes with two small white rubber cap, but instruction didn't mention about it, not sure what's it for. The claypot cooker not too big, should be good for 2-3 people meal.
