Meanwhile, my new / replacement 8" & 10" pans have also been performing well for nearly three years. I also like the "I Love Meat & Poultry" pan, although neither of us cook meat. Our pans are all used to cook eggs and veggies, mostly in coconut oil, sometimes butter and (very rarely) olive oil. We both use baking soda to renew the cooking surface, occasionally, as needed. They've served us well on gas and electric stoves, hot plates and glass cooktops. LOVE these pans so much! We each recently bought the 12" pan with lid. We're GreenPan fans!!! **Q: Does the 12" Hard Anodized Covered Frypan come with a lid as suggested in the picture?** A: 2019.01.31 - 12" pan did not come with a lid (much to my annoyance.
