What .STL files are required to 3d print the case and camera hat?

The following are all needed: Shell: pisugar2_shell.STL Camera hat: pisugar2_button_batch.STL Button: pisugar2_button_batch.STL Common hat: pisugar_case_common_cap All files are on github.

Would I be able to remove the battery and solder a new one to the board?

Sure，there are two contacts on the board, named QI, near the toggle switch. It is a place where an external 5V power supply can be used to charge the battery. No matter what additional charging method you want to add, you can only input 5V voltage through this pair of contacts, and the maximum shouldn't exceed 5.5V.

where is the documentation? Example code? etc?

Hello, PiSugar of files and operating data are on github.

How long can a pi zero last from a full charge at max performance?

The longest battery life I’ve observed was 3.5 - 4 hours.
