Review: Great For Perimenopause!! - I am 45, but have been experiencing Perimenopause symptoms for about 2 years. These gummies taste good and are easy to chew and swallow. I alternate days of taking 1 or 2 because if I take 2 every day, I am kind of tired from being relaxed so much. Now thats me, so I don't know about others but I really like them.
