Review: Teacher must-have - Love this self hating cup! I'm a teacher and I ALWAYS want a hot cup of coffee. This is exactly what I needed on my desk. One of the great things is that it is NOT a hot plate - which could be unsafe for curious little fingers. It only heats the cup not the plate, so it's super safe. The cup also charges up from the "plate" so you can walk around with it and it still keeps heating for a few hours. Parents, if you gift one of these for your child's teacher, she will be sooooo grateful!
Review: Best heated mug - Excellent heated mug. Such a luxury to have my coffee staying hot to the last sip. App works well. Holds temperature for a long time. Great color choice, too. Responsive customer service. Highly recommended.

## Features

- 【AI Auto Heating & Flexible Control】 With AI Beverage Detection, VSITOO S3 Pro detects your beverage and automatically starts heating the moment you pour. Compared with conventional heated coffee mugs that require manual operation and limit you to fixed temperature settings, S3 Pro lets you customize each of 5 presets separately in the VSITOO App from 120–150°F in 1°F steps. Let it heat automatically, adjust it with on-mug Button Control or use App Control.
- 【5 Custom Temperature Presets via App】 Unlike heated mugs with fixed temperature settings, S3 Pro offers 5 Custom Temperature Presets. Set each preset separately in the VSITOO App anywhere from 120–150°F in 1°F steps, then switch between saved temperatures with Button Control for coffee, tea, hot chocolate and more. Enjoy 2–4 Hours of Cordless Heating, while the Charging Base provides continuous heating.
- 【16oz Everyday Coffee Capacity】 The 16oz capacity offers the perfect balance between beverage volume and everyday portability. Designed to fit comfortably under most home espresso machines and coffee makers, S3 Pro lets you enjoy freshly brewed coffee directly while remaining easy to carry for home, office and daily use.
- 【Double-Wall Stainless Steel & Ceramic】 Built with Double-Wall Stainless Steel made from 316 Stainless Steel and finished with Food-Grade Ceramic Coating on both inner and outer surfaces to help preserve beverage flavor while resisting stains and odors. Smart idle protection automatically stops heating after 2 hours of inactivity by default and can be extended to 4 hours through the app. Additional protection includes BPA-free Materials, Dry-Boil Protection, Overheat Protection and IPX7 Waterproof Protection for reliable everyday use.
- 【U.S. Design | Gift for Women & Men】 Designed in Delaware, USA, VSITOO S3 Pro combines intelligent heating technology with premium everyday design. It makes a great gift for coffee lovers, women, men, coworkers and professionals on birthdays, at Christmas and for other special occasions.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Teacher must-have
*by E***N on October 2, 2026*

Love this self hating cup! I'm a teacher and I ALWAYS want a hot cup of coffee. This is exactly what I needed on my desk. One of the great things is that it is NOT a hot plate - which could be unsafe for curious little fingers. It only heats the cup not the plate, so it's super safe. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best heated mug

### ⭐ Updated: IT GETS WORSE: REVISED: STAY AWAY: Old:Unmatched value, hands down!
*by W***E on September 5, 2021*

Update: After no replies from Vsitoo despite my several emails, product images and product failure videos, Amazon agreed to send a replacement S3 Pro to me. I received it yesterday and it literally worked for 5 hours and 14 minutes. It completely stopped working. Would not charge, would not turn on. The saddest part of all of this is that Vsitoo did not, will not, respond to requests for support! Dialogue to work through this would have been appreciated. I will note that I have a different S3 Pro that's been working perfectly since Sept 2021. Revised review: I purchased three of the S3 Pro mugs. After about 1 month I began having a problem with two of the three continually dropping to pause mode, making it impossible to keep coffee warm. I've sent a number of emails to support, to which they replied asking for videos. I've sent videos repeatedly and now there is no response. In a very short time, my customer experience has degraded due to mugs that wont heat, and an issue of the paint chipping off of the mugs even though we've only hand washed them. Not a good buy at all. I would suggest you steer clear. Original review: The Vsitoo S3 Pro is heads and shoulders above the rest in both technical and esthetic engineering. As a technology driven product, the Vsitoo engineering team has done an excellent job using technology to create a supreme user experience. The user scenario allows for an extended heating of beverages between charges...excellent battery life. The mobile app is very good and meets all user objectives. The price of the product accentuates the value. I'm a new user of the product, so we'll see if my experience and observations persist. At this time I strongly suggest the Vsitoo S3 Pro for anyone looking for a smart mug.
