This was after 2 weeks of daily use.So I spread it medium-thick throughout my damp beard and hair, being careful not to foam it up, then waited a half hour. I'd occasionally move it around to keep the 'dye' moving around a bit.Rinsed it out and... I went from snow white to brown! Slightly darker than I wanted it, but it showed me how to get this stuff to work right from the get-go. I now use it once a week and the color has lightened a bit and maintained a less "trying too hard" look.I sometimes take it back to completely gray and then play with color - next time I'll give it 15 minutes and also apply it sooner to parts that didn't take up the color as well. Play around! It's just hair!** big bonus ** no skin irritation like the dyes that melt your face off!
