The same can be said for the remastered edition. It plays just as well as it ever did and I love the simplicity of it - no big open world or bloated exposition (who needs a story in a racing game anyway)... just good old fashioned high speed racing. The Switch port holds up really well too - the graphics pop off the screen of my Switch Lite and the framerate seems very smooth indeed. Arguably it is a soft remaster but it is perfectly suited to a system like the Switch and holds up exceptionally well from both a gameplay and graphics standpoint. Brilliant racing game. ## Frequently Bought Together - Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered (Nintendo Switch) - Minecraft: Switch Edition - Nintendo Switch - Fast and Furious Spy Racers for Nintendo Switch --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/220751264-need-for-speed-hot-pursuit-remastered-nintendo-switch-switch-2](https://www.desertcart.no/products/220751264-need-for-speed-hot-pursuit-remastered-nintendo-switch-switch-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
