I chose this powder because it has zero carbs, and since I’m on a strict keto diet determined to shed some pounds. Zero carbs made it worth trying — even if it ended up tasting crappy. I figured I’d just find a way to chug it down for the sake of the macros. I ordered the creamy vanilla flavor because it gives me flexibility — I can add low-carb berries, cocoa, or anything else I want.
