I'm 5'8 and 160 lbs. What size should I order?

I am 5’10” and 160 and the large was perfect.

Has anyone used this wetsuit for scuba diving?

Yes. Just did some scuba diving at Pompano beach last weekend using this. I have a 5 mm suit but this one’s a 3 mm. It felt warm enough.
