Unfortunately many people have rated this product low which flummoxes me. The chair is sturdy and is excellent value for money. The seat is firm and not fluffy if you are expecting that then I propose you buy a recliner. I am 6 feet 5 and suffer from back pain but since I have been using this chair I haven't felt any of it. There are more expensive chairs by unknown brands which go bad in a few months. With Godrej what you see is what you get. At this price range this is a no frills chair which is ok to have as part of your home office set up. The price range is budget friendly. It does not have reclining facility but can tilt appx 30 degrees which is reasonable as we don't want an office chair to sleep on. I would recommend this chair for a no frills budget home office solution. In case you want the moon then I propose shelling out big bucks( atleast 70k to 100k) and buying a Hermann Miller.
