Do they have a metal nose piece ?

Yes, the black face mask adopt a metal nose piece to fit your nose shape better.

Are the elastic earband strong enough? Or they will be broken before wearing?

I have went thru a few boxes of these and NOT one has broken.

How can I adjust the ear loops to be made smaller?

Thank for your question. You can shorten the length of the ear strap by rotating or knotting them.
