**Q: Is this safe for dark blue colored plaster pool?  I have well water.  All balanced but worried it could damage darker plaster.**
A: Not sure we have a liner and it works beautifully.

**Q: The title says silvertrine but the pic shows swimtrine. Which is it?  You could not pay me to put more swimtrine in the pool, looking for silvertrine**
A: swimtrine always worked for me.

**Q: Local pool guy said use half bottle directly in pool for mustard algae and 2 oz per week after for maintenance.  Yes or dilute? 😊**
A: It depends on the size of the pool. 3 oz of Swimtrine per 10,000 gallons of pool water initially (if algae is visible) , then 1.5 oz/10,000 gallons every 2 weeks for ongoing prevention. What was recommended to you may be overkill.

**Q: I have been using silvertrine in my pool and want to switch to swimtrine. Will there be a bad reaction (such as staining) if I switch?**
A: We have used swimtrine plus for several years.  It has not stained our liner.  Don’t know about using with silvertrine.
