## Features

- RUST BROWN CAST IRON MOUSE WEDGE DOOR STOP– HOLDS INTERIOR DOORS OPEN WITHOUT DRILLING – A gently angled cast iron wedge with a sculpted mouse figure at the nose. Weighs enough to hold most standard interior doors on level surfaces. Dimensions: 7"L × 4.25"W × 1.5"H.
- RECYCLED CAST IRON WITH PROTECTIVE RUST-RESISTANT COATING– FELT PADDED BASE – Made from solid recycled cast iron with an antique coating that guards against rust and wear. The felt padded base protects hardwood, tile, and vinyl floors from scratches. Simply place at the base of any door — no screws, no drilling.
- WORKS ON INTERIOR DOORS ON LEVEL SURFACES– SURFACE NOTE – Reliable on hardwood, carpet, and tile on level floors. Several buyers note it may slide on polished tile under heavy door pressure — adding non-slip tape to the felt base resolves this. Not recommended for heavy exterior doors or steeply inclined floors.
- DECORATIVE ACCENT WHEN NOT IN USE– MOUSE OR BUNNY? – The cast iron mouse figure earns comments from visitors and doubles as a floor-level accent piece between uses. Note: several buyers observe the ear shape causes the figure to be mistaken for a bunny rather than a mouse — an endearing quirk, not a defect.
- HOUSEWARMING, BIRTHDAY, AND CHRISTMAS GIFT– PRACTICAL AND CHARMING – A reliable gift for anyone who loves vintage, rustic, or animal-themed home accessories. Backed by Comfify’s customer-first support — if anything is not right, contact us.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute
*by H***R on June 11, 2026*

Very cute and sturdy

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely precious, works well for my light internal doors, but might not work for heavy exterior doors.
*by C***! on January 8, 2016*

PROS AT A GLANCE: Adorable, fairly solid and heavy, fits perfectly under most doors, comes with padding you can put on underside if you wish CONS AT A GLANCE: May be too lightweight/small to hold an exterior or heavy door, or on certain types of flooring, often mistaken for a bunny instead of a mouse FULL REVIEW: I run a small in-home animal rescue and there are two doors in my home that I often need to prop open. I saw this and thought it would be perfect for the door leading to my rodent room, and purchased a different one in the shape of a rabbit ( Cast Iron Rabbit Bunny Standing ) to coordinate with my lagomorph/rabbit room. They both work wonderfully for my needs. I don't think either would hold a large/heavy exterior door without slipping since they are quite small and weighty for their size, but light for the needs of a really heavy door. They are both quite tiny, which is good for me- fewer stubbed toes! But they do their job and are absolutely adorable and stylish. This little mouse gets mistaken for a bunny because of its ear shape, but I'm fine with either since I rescue both rodents and lagomorphs. It's adorable one way or another, and he looks like he's working so hard to keep that door open! I love it!
