Or they're confusing the offgassing of their dash with haze on the outside. Does take awhile to dissolve, so I recommend putting HOT water in a gallon jug, shaking it a bit with the cap on, and then cracking open the cap slightly to relieve the pressure. The fluid gets hotter in your car while it's running and/or in the hot sun, so hot water won't cause any issues.
