Then the third to supposedly support raising to the side. 5 minutes later I was surprised to notice the dull pain I’d felt for about 2 weeks dissipated to almost nothing. It turns out that while it’s no brace, it does wonders for swelling. Also, the stuff does not come off. Excellent product. The tape they were using at physical therapy was causing my skin to blister and come off. Rock Tape is my go to tape.
