Es de acero inoxidable?

No, ellas están hechas de aleación.

When jewelry turns your skin green, it sometimes means you have to much acid in your body or you may have an iron deficiency. The metals in jewelry like nickel, copper and some alloys will turn your skin green and applying some lotions and perfumes will do it also. Make sure when you buy gold and silver it is real gold and silver and not plated. Rhodium does not usually turn your skin green.

What is it made of and if hypoallergenic?

Very cheaply made. Not hypo allergenic

Do they look cheap? Can I wear them to a party and get by if no one is looking closely??

They're actually quite nice you get a ton of earrings for the price I was just looking for some silver earrings because I really didn't have any just to wear and I got silver and gold a few of them look a little cheap but for the most part they're really nice you can't tell that they're not sterling silver. I would imagine that in time they would look less shiny but overall pretty good product.
