Overall, it is well made and I find it personally comfortable for my neck and it lets me flop from side to side with minimal disturbance to my mask.There are 2 set designs patterns on the top and bottom of the pillow, one pair is round in shape, the other pattern pair has a lower and upper bump area. You have to pay attention to this when putting on the pillow case. These 2 design areas allow the user to have a little choice on foam height and pillow contour. There is also a small removable pad which allows further height customization. I prefer the higher side of the pillow for my neck. There are 2 pillowcases provided, but I prefer just using one. I have found that I personally need to replace the pillow about once a year as the foam starts to lose its firmness. The other thing I personally don’t appreciate is when the company lists the pillow at the 79 dollars and acts like it is over a 30% discount. With the increasing number of available memory foam CPAP pillows, the reality is if this pillow was really over $120 dollars, I would no longer be purchasing it.
