The light’s soft glow is perfect for evening routines or helping kids get to sleep — there’s also a variety of colorful lighting options! Choose between three different modes: solid color, color-changing and soft white. In solid-color mode, light up your dark room or hallway with one of eight vibrant colors. In color-changing mode, enjoy all the colors as they slowly fade from one to the next. For normal illumination, just opt for the white light mode. There’s no need to unplug the night light during the day — the light’s sensor automatically turns the night light on when the room gets dark — ON at dusk, OFF at dawn. To turn the night light off manually, simply push the button located at the base of the light. Featuring a sleek design, the compact size only takes up a single receptacle in an outlet, leaving the second free for use. Ideal in bedrooms, staircases, hallways, bathrooms and more, guide your way with the GE-branded Color-Changing Night Light. Review: Americanw plug - no uk plug option - Useless as American plug Review: Stylish nightlights with good light throw and multiple colours - These GE nightlights are excellent little units, we love these in our house! The look stylish enough on the wall to not be an eyesore during the day and the muted white appearance with the frosted plastic light area are innocuous enough that you will barely notice them when they are not illuminated. Installation is flexible as they can be mounted in either orientation. The multi-function-button, which serves to control the unit entirely, is easy to access and is responsive. Starting with a colour-shift mode where the unit will cycle through each colour in order, each successive click will take you through the full range of solid colours, followed by white light, dim white light and finally OFF. The lights do not have any integrated battery or memory, so if there is a power out you will need to reset all of your colours, but this is a very quick task. The lights throw a solid amount of light, enough to easily navigate my house in the middle of the night without the need of turning on any other light sources. It feels really cool having the whole house lit up at night and being able to have a different colour every week is fun. These are geat for adults and kids alike, there are no small parts that a child could swallow. The light throws well but is soft and not intrusive and overall they look good day or night. I highly recommend these GE nightlights to anyone looking to add a little splash of colour to their hallways after the lights go out! ## Features - COLOR CHANGING – Features 8 vibrant colors to choose from: red, green, blue, pink, orange, purple, yellow and teal – Perfect for your bedroom, bathroom, hallway and more - THREE LIGHTING MODES – Solid color mode lets you to choose your favorite of the 8 available colors, color-changing mode automatically cycles through the available colors and soft-white mode allows you to opt for a more traditional night light - LIGHT-SENSING FEATURES – The night light automatically turns ON at dusk and OFF at dawn, reducing energy consumption and saving you money - MINIMALIST DESIGN – Sleek and compact style is designed to save space and keep second outlet available for use - SAFE & RELIABLE – This reliable night light is created to last, cool to the touch, UL-Certified and designed in the USA ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B074N9LRCP | | Age Range Description | All Ages | | Base Material | Plastic | | Base material | Plastic | | Best Sellers Rank | 62,567 in Lighting ( See Top 100 in Lighting ) 4,295 in Night Lights | | Brand Name | GE | | Bulb Base | E26 | | Bulb Shape Size | B11 | | Bulb base | E26 | | Cable Length | 6.75 Inches | | Cable length | 6.75 Inches | | Colour | Color Changing | | Connectivity Protocol | Homeplug | | Connectivity Technology | USB | | Control Method | Touch | | Controller Type | Touch Control | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 28,749 Reviews | | Efficiency | High | | Finish | Painted | | Finish type | Painted | | Fixture Features | Dusk-To-Dawn Sensor | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00030878346931 | | Included Components | 1 Night Light | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor | | Installation Type | Plug-in,Home Décor,Kitchen | | Is Product Cordless | Yes | | Is Waterproof | False | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 6.4D x 10.2W x 2.5H centimetres | | Item Shape | Round | | Item Type Name | Color Changing Night light | | Item Weight | 0.05 Kilograms | | Item weight | 0.05 Kilograms | | Lamp Type | Night Light | | Lighting Method | LED | | Manufacturer | Jasco Products Company, LLC | | Material | Plastic | | Model Number | 34693 | | Mounting Type | Wall Mount | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Lights | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Power and Plug Description | Plug-in | | Product dimensions | 6.4D x 10.2W x 2.5H centimetres | | Recommended Uses For Product | Decoration | | Room Type | Bathroom, Bedroom, Nursery | | Shade Colour | Multicolor | | Shade Height | 1 Inches | | Shade Material | Plastic | | Specific Uses | Nighttime illumination in bedrooms, bathrooms, nurseries, staircases, and hallways | | Style | White Base | | Switch Type | Touch | | Type of Bulb | LED | | UPC | 030878346931 | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | | Voltage | 120 Volts | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Base material:** Plastic - **Bulb base:** E26 - **Cable length:** 6.75 Inches - **Finish type:** Painted - **Product dimensions:** 6.4D x 10.2W x 2.5H centimetres ## Images ![GE Color-Changing LED Night Light, Plug Into Wall, Dusk to Dawn Sensor, Ambient Lighting, for Bedroom, Childrens Room, Nursery, Safety Rated, 1 Pack, 34693 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71kUSCfK1PL.jpg) ![GE Color-Changing LED Night Light, Plug Into Wall, Dusk to Dawn Sensor, Ambient Lighting, for Bedroom, Childrens Room, Nursery, Safety Rated, 1 Pack, 34693 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71Itq8ZvmSL.jpg) ![GE Color-Changing LED Night Light, Plug Into Wall, Dusk to Dawn Sensor, Ambient Lighting, for Bedroom, Childrens Room, Nursery, Safety Rated, 1 Pack, 34693 - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61EaUbOaRgL.jpg) ![GE Color-Changing LED Night Light, Plug Into Wall, Dusk to Dawn Sensor, Ambient Lighting, for Bedroom, Childrens Room, Nursery, Safety Rated, 1 Pack, 34693 - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71CH3McifkL.jpg) ![GE Color-Changing LED Night Light, Plug Into Wall, Dusk to Dawn Sensor, Ambient Lighting, for Bedroom, Childrens Room, Nursery, Safety Rated, 1 Pack, 34693 - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51VGCkLgZsS.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does this light need to be oriented upright in an outlet? We just bought another light and found that it can't be plugged in sideways or upside down.** A: The real question is whether or not it has a polarized plug with one blade larger than the other. From the other answers, it has two blades that are the same size. In the same outlet position (top or bottom) it can be used in the up or down orientation. In my bathroom, the outlet has been installed horizontally instead of vertically. This the first time I have ever seen a recepticle installed this way. My house is filled with plumbing and electrical code in violation of today's standards.Even the manufacturer misunderstood this question. **Q: Do you make any with motion sensors instead of dusk to dawn?** A: No **Q: Why is the manufacturer jasco products selling this on amazon as their product instead of ge, if its a ge product?** A: Thank you for your question. GE is the brand but Jasco is the manufacture. For example, Chevy is the brand but the manufacture is General Motors. **Q: How do I change it so that when the light is on this thing will go off?** A: Thank you for your question. The night light automatically turns ON at dusk and OFF at dawn. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Americanw plug - no uk plug option *by C***D on 20 September 2024* Useless as American plug ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stylish nightlights with good light throw and multiple colours *by M***S on 28 August 2022* These GE nightlights are excellent little units, we love these in our house!
