**Q: Does it come with instructions and pictures.**
A: No it does not. It doesn't have much resistance so it isn't a challenge for me, but no, no instructions :(

**Q: Can someone describe the pink color for me? ... Pretty or not?  thanks!**
A: Not pretty. I bought the pink color for a friend... but the product I received wasn't bright pink like the picture looks- I was disappointed because its true color was more of a pink/orange, as if it was left out in the sun for a season. I didn't have time to return the item so I gave it as a gift anyway.

**Q: Do any of these Pilates rings have a  cancer warning on their box?  I bought one locally and it did so I returned it.**
A: No warnings of any kind.  I purchased the Pro Source 14 inch pilates ring.  The downside is there are no exercises that come with it.  I would have like an exercise pamphlet or something with the ring.

**Q: How do i choose a color?**
A: the color is just a personal preference.

Yes, it's a solid good workout. It's not for the weak and you will WORK those muscles. One thing I hadn't expected.... okay, granted I'm short (5'1"), but the ring is just... massive. 14 inches doesn't seem that big, but in doing exercise videos with it, the perimeters of the ring keep hitting the ground/ my face/ etc. As if it's a smaller circumference/ better proportioned on people not considered 'petite'. Another thing... the black 'pads' are big. My calves are essentially too small for them; I had a tight grip, but it kept turning/ spinning because of lack of contact. Eh, well, I'll keep using it... it's a solid piece of workout equipment.
