Is there a secret to getting it to stay inflated? Mine loses air disappointingly fast.

I haven’t had that issue at all

What height child is the 18inch ball good for? I have a short 7 year old so I'm not sure the proper size.

Best guess is def okay for a five/Sox year old In comparison my 9 year old got on it as well and while it sort of worked it also was sort of not built for that big a kid.
