A: That is where you put the person’s name (first, middle, last) or whatever you want in the center of the circle.

A: The middle is optional. I did the top and bottom line with the book in the middle

**Q: The directions are so unclear. What is top line, middle line, bottom line? You really should diagram this out.**
A: I had the same question when I ordered my embosser and I guessed it. It came back as I thought it would be and it was beautiful. The top line is “From the library of”, the middle is the design you choose ( this was for my daughter so I chose the ladybug design) and the third line is the name of the person who will be the user of the embosser.  It’s a great gift for book lovers.
