Can you put this in coffee?

Yes, it works great in coffee! Allulose dissolves very well, unlike most sugar-free sweeteners. Hope this helps! -Maya from Wholesome Yum

Can the granulated form be ground into the powder such as in a spice grinder?

Hi there, Yes, you can do that if you'd like. We also have powdered allulose available here to save you that step: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0829Q3LF3 Hope this helps! -Maya from Wholesome Yum

The lack of transparency regarding the sources of this product makes me hesitate to buy it. Is any percentage of this sweetener sourced from corn?

The way I understand it is, it's made from a fermented process but doesn't actually contain any corn or corn products. The body doesn't metabolize it, which makes it a great alternative to sugar alcohols and other sweeteners that can sometimes cause stomach upset. There are some great articles online that explain it much better than I can. Wholesome Yum has a good article online that outlines the different sweeteners that I found very informative.

For those of us weighing our ingredients, how much does 1 cup of this weigh?

One pound bag poured into a measuring cup equals 2 1/2 cups.
