When I saw a video showing how this tool worked, I knew I had to order one. It works great!! By the third time that I attempted to use the tool properly, I had learned how to use it. I find it so....much easier, not as messy and a much quicker method to cut up a watermelon. You have the option of leaving the slices the same size as the width of the watermelon or having them cut in bite size pieces. I'm hooked and will never use a simple knife to cut up a watermelon again.
