Review: Great the best - Great the best
Review: Fantastic! - I’m genuinely impressed with **Stamets 7 Liquid**. It’s easy to take and I noticed a clear boost in overall vitality and immune resilience within weeks. What I love most is the blend of seven powerful mushrooms working together instead of a one-note formula. I trust the integrity of Paul Stamets and any product he produces. This has officially earned a permanent spot in my daily routine. Highly recommend. It does have an alcohol base so keep that in mind.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is 1 ml 1 dropper full? The dropper isn’t marked. Thanks!**
A: I sent an email to the company and asked the same question. Here was their response: "...To clarify, 1mL (about 45 drops) is just over half of the glass dropper, which is also the average pull size of the dropper." Hope that helps!

**Q: How does this compare to the capsules?**
A: The manufacturer, Host Defense, confirmed the suggested dose on both versions are very comparable in terms of milligrams. However, the extracts are absorbed 1/2 - 1 hour faster than the capsules. Also, they both contain enzymes and polysaccarides, but the extracts have a higher enzyme absorption, where the capsules have a higher polysaccharide absorption.

**Q: What is the alcohol distilled from? I cannot have grain alcohol.**
A: It’s probably grain alcohol. Potato alcohol is unlikely. Even most vodkas are from grain in spite of what I used to believe to be a product of potatoes only.
The powder and capsules contain myciliated brown rice. If gluten is an issue, then I think the rice is ok. In that case, think the powder/capsule might be ok for you.

**Q: Is there an expiration length of time for this product?**
A: Yes, it is 05/01/2025.
