Speedy BOSH!

I cannot recommend this enough! Me and my partner decided we would finally go Vegan in the new year, so for Christmas I purchased him this book to try and get some decent recipes to refer to.We've been using this every week since! I think we've nearly cooked everything from it and I don't think there's been a single recipe we didn't like. I would definitely recommend one recipe in particular, the black pesto spaghetti. It is made from black olives and herbs with a crispy breadcrumb topping on the spaghetti - I promise you it is absolutely delicious. All of the recipes are fairly easy and quick to make, as promised by the title and I feel like there aren't too many items that are hard to find from your local supermarket, as can sometimes be the case with other recipe books. We're now considering the other BOSH cookbook to expand the collection of vegan recipes we have available to us.

I have several of this series, but this is my favourite, with recipes that I have made over and over again, such as the lemon, courgette and crispy caper salad and the broccoli mango and miso salad. They are simple and very tasty.

BOSH! Is the best thing ever, the recipes are AMAZING. I’ve been vegetarian for 7 years now & I’m trying to go vegan and this book is a big game changer! I’m lazy when it comes to cooking and the problem with vegan is often you can’t make things quick and there isn’t a lot of cheap vegan ready meals in super markets. I have their other normal vegan cook book too as I cannot get enough of their recipes. For Christmas dinner last year we done the Mushroom Wellington and OMG!!! It was such a hit.

Good recipe book

This is a fantastic book. Loads of brilliant ideas and really quick recipes. You don’t have to follow everything to the letter - I boil rice rather than use the plastic pouches for example - but the flavours here are fantastic. Who knew adding orange juice and a cinnamon stick to bolognese could make such a difference!

Delivery was very quick and prompt as usual. The book itself looks fabulous, I made the Gnocchi salsa last night as a first dish to try, super quick, super easy and super tasty, I will make a couple of tweaks for my own personal taste, but really lovely. Cannot wait to try the other recipes, lovely photos, great instruction - fab book

Loads of good and genuinely quick recipes in here. I particularly like the takeaways section.

I love love love this book. It now has some of our families favourite meals in it. It says ‘Speedy’ which it can be once familiar with recipes but super happy it doesn’t take as long as some others. So for me, an ‘Achievable before everyone raids the fridge’ book. The butter tofu and carbonara are to die for. Just buy it already :)

Recettes géniales pour des gens qui ont l’habitude de cuisiner vegan.

My Favorite Bosh book so far. Love it!

Love this book from Bosh If you are busy you can make vey healthy and tasty food in around 30 minutes. I say around as none of us are as fast as our Bosh boys at prep or cook.

Superlecker, ausgefallen und auch für Anfänger geeignet.

I like there are many tips to save time and making cooking easier. The book is beautiful and easy no navigate. In Japan it’s difficult to find some ingredients and I wish they could recommend which products are better to buy in Internet. There is fear to buy food if the company is not recommended.
